Out of all the Riedel glasses I have purchased or used, these are my least favorite. Unless you have extremely large hands, it is hard to get a secure grip on the Pinot tumblers, much less with hands greasy from a nice dish of chicken wings. I really don't see any advantage to these tumblers over traditional stemmed glasses. They are just as delicate and difficult to wash, and you will have to wash fingerprints off the tumblers (chicken wings or not), and they aren't really all that easier to store in the cabinet. If you want to reduce the risk of breaking a stem, I'd recommend purchasing one of the thicker-stemmed Riedel offerings before going for the tumblers.

I love these glasses. I've been using them since Riedel started making the "O" series. But I want to correct the information provide by Amazon. These glasses are not dishwasher safe. I always hand wash them but a guest snuck them into the dishwasher when I wasn't looking and I forgot to do the "guest precheck" on my dishwasher before running. We lost three of the pinot noir glasses to the dishwasher. So I would say great glasses if you are willing to hand wash.

The bases are a little narrow which may make them top heavy. We notices they are a bit unsteady on uneven surfaces (ie table cloth, soft coaster etc). We like the design and quality feel.

If you are a home gardener or one who likes to preserve food or cook in big batches, this 14 cup Cuisinart FP is the way to go. I like that it's easy to disassemble & clean as well. The only thing I would like to add is a fine grating disc for things like coconut & zucchini. Because chopping, slicing, prepping are so much faster, salsa can be from garden to table in five or ten minutes. I have only had this Cuisinart FP for about a month but it has earned it's keep in my kitchen.

These chips are cheap pieces of crap. The texture isn't quite right, the weight isn't anywhere near 11.5g according to my scale, there's small scratches and burrs and bumps on some of the chips from poor production quality. The tray thing doesn't fit quite right--it's flimsy (and came cracked) and you can see the aluminum through the edges.

I don't expect anything special when I pay under $40, but the fact that the listed weight is incorrect makes me feel like I got cheated.

I don't want to talk a lot about the case since enough has been said. I consider myself one of the lucky guys since my case is only missing one foot (without other damage).

Let's talk about the chips themselves.

First of all, when stacked, they don't have the same height! Even before I open the plastic wrap around the chips, I notice that they don't have the same height. I then patiently counted the number of chips in each roll and the numbers are the same, 50 chips per roll. I cannot image what king of production process they use to produce these chips. I though they should be like die cast so they'd have the exact same dimension...

Secondly, they are completely unfinished that I'm afraid that the sharp edges could cut my fingers... (the cards that come with the set probably would cut my fingers too if I'm not careful enough. Well, ... I admit that even though I had 0 expectation for the cards, I still opened them to try my luck...)

Thirdly, there are clearly visible defects on more than half (I'd say almost all, but I want to be a little conservative here) of the chips. I did not find this with a microscope. I just put the chips on the table and sit like I normally would, then, hey, there are some defects I can see!

Well, even though I have saw so many bad reviews and lowered my expectation accordingly, I'm still surprised by the poor quality when I see the product. Maybe this is why the price is so cheap, compared to some other sets sold on Amazon.

The verdict is: pay extra $20 and get yourself a better one!

I live in the desert south west along the Rocky Mountain range, so skin cancer is a real problem here. I've been out in the sun for 8-10 hour's a day for 10 day's straight - & at over 7,000 ft - fly fishing, & the "Omni-Shade" protection this shirt provides has been nothing less than outstanding! I'm fair skinned, so I can't afford to get burnt.

I was out fishing last week in a high mountain stream, stumbled & took a fall right into a mud hole! The whole right side of me was covered in mud. So I took off my shirt, rinsed it in the stream, put it back on, and in just a few minutes the shirt was completely dry and there were no visible stains to speak of! (Lucky for me 'cause I would have never heard the end of it from my buddies when I got back to camp ;)

IMHO... If your looking for a durable yet breathable fishing shirt with optimum UV protection, I can't recommend the Columbia Bahama II Shirt enough! In fact, I think I'm gonna order me another one in a different color on I get done writing this review!

I have had this coffee maker for one month and as much as I like nearly everything about it, I am very disappointed that is is NOT actual stainless steel. The older ones were stainless, but on the newer ones the metal-look surfaces are plastic that looks like brushed stainless from a distance. But if you are going to have this coffee maker sitting close to your other stainless appliances, it will not match. As a matter of fact you cannot buy a toaster (even from Cuisinart) that matches this coffee maker. I have seen some of the older stainless steel ones as display models at Lowes and Bed Bath & Beyond, but the ones in the boxes available to buy are the newer plastic ones. Not that the finish is not attractive, but they really ought to change the description from "brushed metal" to "metal-look plastic."

That said, if you don't care about the finish, this is an excellent coffee maker. The carafe does not drip at all, which is something of a miracle in my experience. The coffee tastes good and is plenty hot.

I purchased this product on November 13th, 2011. On December 16th 2011, the unit would no longer brew. I followed the directions given by Cuisinart customer support to trouble shoot the unit, with no luck. They authorized a return, and waived the $10 shipping fee to send me a new one - but required I send in the old one. The shipping costs to send the defective unit in were $47.62. I asked if there was any way that they could provide a shipping label or waive the return of the old unit as it was just barely a month old and the shipping costs were almost as much as a new unit, and was refused no matter how high up the management chain I went or who I spoke with (I did try calling in multiple times). Eventually I was given the address of the CEO's office and told my only recourse was to send a letter to him. I purchased this specifically because of the Cuisinart name - after some research, I've discovered that what that really means is that they don't follow consumer protection laws in Maine, CA, or any other state with laws about costs related to warranty repairs. While I purchase a reasonable amount of appliances and had been considering purchasing a food processor, at this point I will never do business with this company again. If you choose to purchase this product anyway, I wish you the best of luck.
